I didn't get an error, which is weird. But I did find a workaround. I did another upload to update all invoices and added "Orderline" on my mapping. It worked fine after that. :)

When I tested it, it worked fine. Now what I don't understand is some line items on the invoices did not get imported while the other invoices gets imported in its entirety (all line items). FAM Module is okay. Like the other replied stated, it's not integrated. You can make a lot of changes on your schedule/assets without GL impact. Since it's a new module, it needs alot of improvements. Deleting or changing an asset is a pain/tedious. But it is still better than Excel of course. I implemented it for the…

Yes, it's working for sales rep. That's why I can't figure out why it won't work for the manager. Basically, they should be setup the same except the schedule for the manager is marked as manager.

Yes, it's upon collection but but on fixed rate and sales rep and manager have the same date on their comp plan.

Thanks Felix, I already had it setup and it didn't work. But what I've noticed is that the "Allow Empty Classifications on Journals" was checked. I unchecked it and it works. Thanks!

Yup, I check suite answers before I submitted this thread and I already sent a case for this. Their support replied that it's not customizable. It is what it is. And yes, we are using the new FAM bundle. Thanks Olivier
