Thanks for fixing this BUG by putting a preference in Set Up Accounting > Ordering/Shipping > Include Committed Quantities on Drop Shipments/Special Orders check box. This change in functionality in 11.0.6 was a big error and I am glad to see that Netsuite quickly fixed it with the preference setting.!!!

This is really crazy that there is no way to set the default value on the customer record field "Ship Complete" and other fields. :confused: In the case of ship complete.... We decided to schedule a mass update every day for customers that have this field unchecked and set the field to checked. Does not help us in any way…

I just changed by Chrome browser Zoom setting to 67% and everything looks a whole lot better. I can work this way until NetSuite provides a better screen layout.

Pradeep, Yes, It was installed a week before the 2014.1 update. I am going to uninstall and re-install to see if that fixes the problem.

Back Ordered field has been wrong on our account ever since 2010.2 We don't use that field anymore and have to run custom reports just to find out what inventory needs to be purchases. (update 11-19-2010: Back Ordered field seems to be correct in 2010.2.0.73)

WORKAROUND. I had to: 1. In Lists > Accounting > Quantity Price Schedules. I had to clear all columns and rows for the Quantity Price Schedule of interest. 2. We have the same problem in 2010.2 Inventory item's Quantity Back Ordered is wrong for all items that we drop shipped. We have stopped using the Order Items screen in 2010.2, because it is currently advising us to order 20x $$$ that we really need in inventory at our location.

Items that are Drop Shipped should not show up on the Inventory > Order Items screen. This did not happen before 2010.2 ps. Drop shipped items are not back ordered. Items to ship from stock which are not in stock are considered back ordered.
