I expect this is affecting a very small percentage of customers. We are down too, but my other company (also on netsuite) is running fine.

I'm unable to get a response from system.netsuite.com or system2.netsuite.com same. How is it possible to have both servers down? or is this a network issue?

Yes, but we have other items with related items that are working fine. Actually, I think the issue is resolved now. I just checked using a different browser (different cache) and the items loaded fine.

UPS working again today. Thanks Netsuite for resolving this issue quickly. Our customer orders were entered during this problem by using FEDEX and USPS shipping methods. :)

Ok, this has been resolved. The issue was that in previous years our outside accountant (vendor) had free access (license) to netsuite. As of our renewal (last month) or 2010.2 this free access is no longer available yet we still had the vendor record marked as "give access". Once I removed the access to our outside…

Steph, Try completely exiting your web browser, and clearing all brower cache, cookies, etc related to netsuite. I did that today and was able to save a custom form after an hour of frustration.

The error seems to be caused by moving elements between subtabs when the element has a field group assigned that does not exist in the subtab that it is being moved to.
