We are trying to use UPS. Unfortunately Netsuite does not work with 2nd Day Air to Puerto Rico.

We were able to do a UPS Ground to with ship to address Country Puerto Rico today. I think this issue finally fixed. (fingers crossed) Don't forget to print the international docs to go with the shipment in Print Checks and Forms.

Customer Care Case # is 1200065 We had to use UPS.com web site to do the shipment. So we will not be able to do a webex on this one. Hopefully Netsuite tech support will try on their own before calling. Thanks,

Tom, Thanks. In addtion to our customer's Ship To address being allowed to have zip+4 for USPS realtime rates working... I found that data element: FromPostalCode is being sourced from Setup> Company Information - subtab Shipping Address - Zip field. We really should be able to have zip+4 here too.
