Phillip, Spoke with our ISP today. They state no relationship with Savvis.net either. only that savvis is in route from my IP to www.netsuite.com and that savvis is down or blocking our IP from connecting to www.netsuite.com. in the trace route is level 3 or savvis an internet service provider for netsuite?

Today when entering Sales Order# 31277-SO the customer's credit card was declined.... we tried re-entering the credit card number, etc to confirm all was correct and still declined. Ray, I checked with our merchant and no limits or holds to explain the problem. When denied credit approval on netsuite I logged into Payflow Pro to view the transaction to get more information.... but the transaction does not exist on payflow pro.... so it seems to me that netsuite had some sort of communication problem…

Worked with Netsuite tech support on 4/4/08 and confirmed that it appears that Netsuite is randomly declining credit cards. User receives a message that the credit card approval was declined during the sales order save. I have logged into payflow pro when this happened to me and no record of any declined transaction ever…

Norm, Netsuite doesn't recognize this bug yet.... last time I heard from netsuite on this issue they considered the incorrect url to be a netsuite feature not a problem. Hopefully with enough attention from users like you and me they may finally realize this is a real problem and resolve the url link issue in dense list…

Same problem here. Unable to Make Copy of an Inventory Item. This has never been a problem before. After deleting temporary internet files the probem went away.

Same problem here. :eek: UPS web application at www.ups.com just updated and has a completely new format. I think this may be part of the problem. :( our web orders have completely stopped since ups shipping rates are not calculating :( Any comments from Netsuite on when this will be resolved would be appreciated.

This is a problem that should be fixed. We do look at Item System Notes occasionally. Try finding a note from thousands of entrys.... the lost time going page by page is a waste.

This bug in Netsuite still exists. Makes it extremely difficult to view real history items since Netsuite is generating hundreds of erroneous system notes on a daily basis. Paging through hundreds of incorrectly generated system notes to get to a real activity is a pain.

Case 580444. per netsuite employee: items created prior to turning on descriptive urls will forever have our old non-descriptive url used when generating web pages of this type. This does not seem right to me, but hey I seem to be the only one with this problem.

We are also having this same problem with one of our administrators (me) our other system adminstrator seems to be working fine. If my role is changed the problem goes away, but unfortunately, my administrator role (which I prefer to work in) does not allow access to any transactions. I receive the same error message.....…
