We are doing Inventory Adjustments with a Memo of VENDOR RETURN QUANTITY CORRECTION. Another problem is the Inventory Returned Not Credited Register... the vendor returns creates deep problems in the books.

Also, on our account you cannot print UPS lables from the vendor return fulfillment. You can select to print the label, but nothing ever prints. Have to log into the UPS web site to print the label and assign the tracking number manually to the vendor return fulfillment. :mad:

Still not working. I just went through the complete vendor returns process and entered the credit memo from our vendor. The item still shows in stock. Now I am going to enter another Inventory Adjustment because vendor return does not adjust inventory upon fulfillment or vendor credit. Does anyone know when Netsuite is…

Kent Did you go back into the Return Authorization after it was approved and hit the Return Button? I just went through this same process and found that when I hit that Return button the inventory was removed. Netsuite 2007.1.0.42 I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING VENDOR RETURNS. I just did a vendor return and it did not update inventory quantities. Also, there is a new Account (chart of accounts) called "Inventory Returned Not Credited" if you have Vendor Returns turned on. Try to reconcile the ins and outs to this account in Inventory Returned Not Credited Register. :eek: If the item was a drop ship, then it is missing an entry.
