I had the integration installed with Windows 8 and after upgrade to Windows 10 the plugin is still visible but nothing seems to happen when you click configuration. Very frustrating as I used the tool on a daily basis for projects and support. I've warned everyone else in the organisation not to upgrade yet!

Have you though about paying for a clone?

I also use phantom items as categories for organization. I have been able to import items with 2 levels of hierarchy but if I try to do 3 it fails. This is possible in manual item creation but doesn;t seem to work for a CSV import. One imported CSV file can have several failed items and all are 3 levels of heirarchy.…
