Thanks Michelle, Mikko, I submitted a SuiteIdea on the issue. It's not the creating/editing of Roles we need to restrict (That's with the Administrators), but on the Employee Record I want to limit what roles can be assigned to Employees based on the role the user is in.

Once we realised the default template (AEB - Norma 34) was not working we did create a Custom Template, based from the Native but with additional entries for Tax ID (required on every line).
