We just signed our renewal for 2015 and were not charged for the integration. So far, I have not heard from our sales rep. about having to pay for the integration.

I published a customer dashboard to several roles but the "views" within each portlet did not publish. Is there a way to force the "view" in each of the portlets to publish as well or does each user have to set up the views the first time that they use it?

We are experiencing the same issue, mainly with quotes/estimates, but it is impacting us in ALL browsers. NetSuite has a defect on file and is working on a resolution. We have been unable to successfully create or edit quotes since last Tuesday (3/12).

We were having the same issue after our upgrade to 2019.1 and one of our techs found the following solution. This sounds completely random but it worked for us. Go to Set Preferences > Appearance > Chart Themes and change your Chart Theme to Match Color Theme - Bold and Chart Background to Bands.

We used to be able to make changes to the addresses on invoices after the period was closed but have realized this week that we cannot. It would be nice if the software prevented you from making the change (or gave you an error message) when the change impacted sales tax but would allow the change when sales tax was not…

NetSuite determined that this is a defect. They said it should be fixed soon.

Hi Srujana, Did you ever find a solution to this? I need to set up an alert to notify our project managers when they are double booking a resource on multiple project tasks scheduled for the same time period. Thanks, Rachael
