Hi Jash. I do not want the user to be able to save it. I want this to be a record which can be used to choose a Customer name in the dropdown field as a filter. When they choose the customer name. I want the other fields to automatically populate with information based on that customer.

We moved data centre twice in the last 3 years. Our latest move was from the US to European. We had no issues. As stated above if there is any hard coded URL's , you need to change them as the URL will change. For example, system.netsuite.com to System.eu2.netsuite.com

Thanks Olivier, your advice worked! Roger, Go to the Project record. Under the subtab Preferences there is a check-box - "Allow Time Entries" Once this is unchecked, users should not be able to log time.

The status of a Sales Order is a default Netsuite behavior and cannot be customized. You could bypass it using custom fields and workflows / scripts to set your own status though.
