Thanks @Ivy Lopez-Oracle. I need to provide an update with this. We discovered on further investigation that; NetSuite email got blocked by our email security provider (an outside company), so this wasn't a NetSuite issue in the first instance.

Hi, I couldn't find how this issue got fixed for users who experienced this issue. May I ask for anyone to direct me in the right direction please?
