On Friday, October 10, 2025, at 8:00 PM Pacific Time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.

Hi @Clarisa De Torres-Oracle thanks. Yes this helped; I somehow read it as this feature is available when SuiteTax is not enabled, but that's not the case.

Thanks @Ivy Lopez-Oracle. I need to provide an update with this. We discovered on further investigation that; NetSuite email got blocked by our email security provider (an outside company), so this wasn't a NetSuite issue in the first instance.
