Maybe I am trying to approach this the wrong way. Is there a way to update a custom transaction body field on the sales order with the most recent associated IF that was created? I think we could use this field to action the saved search email?

Using these parameters the search only returns sales order lines that have a fulfillment against them. I need to display all lines on a sales order when the sales order has a change is fulfillment

My goal is to create a search that will all sales order lines anytime an IF is created against the SO. The issue I am having (also with the recommendations above) is that i can only get the search to return the items with a fulfillment against them. I wan to email the sales rep with a detailed sales order line status each…

Thank you for your reply and for sharing your search. I was able to create the search btu still cannot return the data I need. I think the issue is that while an IF has been created, it is in a status of picked still? Any thoughts?
