I'm not going to be able to find the right log record at this point, especially since they've changed the process and are now saving the files as csv in Salesforce. Unless there's a way to search log details without downloading individual requests, is there? How do I find our version of WSDL?

After posting the question I tested in Sandbox. The Revenue Arrangement and Plans were created. Invoicing the items directly without a fulfillment depletes inventory and sets COGS impact on the GL. Boomi is using the prebuilt connector that runs on SOAP Web Services. The files were being stored as Excel in Salesforce but they weren't coming over in the integration. Our SF developers told us the file had to be saved as a csv in SF in order to be pushed to NS through Boomi. I'm afraid I don't have more detail than that.

When I use checkboxes in formulas I always tag it with .id. Like {custentity_mssp_partner.id}. That way you know it will be T/F as opposed to Yes/No. I'm not sure if this is applicable to your question. Give it try.

They use a custom role where the Partners permission is Edit. If it can't be controlled by a permission I suppose I can customize the form. I'd rather leave it so they can see which Partner contacts have access. Hiding the tab will make that difficult.

Hi @Michelle Jabanes-Oracle , No, that's not it. These are internal users that need to manage our partner relationships. They need to be able to edit partner records. But I don't want them to be able to give partners access to Adv Partner Center. I can't seem to find a permission setting that does this.

I was just coming back to say I found the field under the Rev Rec/Amortization tab. On our custom form all the other fields are under the Accounting tab. For some reason I can't move the Allocation Type field. No worries. Problem solved. Thank You.

Yes, the preferred form is customized. The root of the problem is that I need the Suitebilling automation to ignore mandatory field rules. Some fields are mandatory on the form, some by workflow, some by script, and some by the custom field validation tab. If this can't be done then I can look into setting default values…

Is there an option within Suitebilling that tells the subscription which form to use for a renewal? From what I can tell, it will always use the Preferred form.

I haven't tried but I'm sure it would be. Same type of issue with required fields. For our use case I wouldn't want it creating sales order anyway. Only Opps or Estimates.

Thanks. I was hoping for a way to maintain the link between file cabinet documents and document fields and/or the Files list on customers and transactions. It sounds like that would need to be done manually as well.

It's been a while but I recall having a similar issue. The problem was that one of the customers in my results also had a Partner relationship, so the category join was duplicating their results. Check for something like that.
