Although I cannot directly relate to this issue, we are moving from Elbrus to 2019.1 SCA and get lots of different errors and bugs. It just doesn't seem a finished product.

PowerBI Free gives you 8 refreshes per day. You can use Data Lakes to expidite the refresh rate. Process: Satori > SharePoint Sharepoint > Data Lake > Power BI It's the best solution we found, other than going down the traditional ETL route. NetSuites own ODBC driver is too slow.
-
We have Satori - works well, but PoewerBI refresh rates are a limit for any meaning full 'realtime' stats. NetSuite need to really up their game for BI - hopefully Oracle can help influence this.

We had this announcement too, but how do we discover which integrations/apps/scripts need to be updated. We've asked our Partner but they are not sure. Help - before it's too late! Thanks

Focus on retail would be good. Current SCA accepts orders online even if the payment was declined (card) or payment not completed (Paypal). Stock gets committed and passed to the warehouse for despatch. Customer gets a free order! How on Earth Netsuite think this is acceptable if beyond me. Order could exist but not with…

Same issue here, started at the same time, 17th May. I have raised a ticket with NetSuite support. FiveTran was taking 30mins to run an incremental update, now it's around 3 hours. FiveTran support also confirm their NetSuite customers have the issue, starting on 17th May

We are keen to get Advanced Analytics too. NetSuite dangle the carrot but haven't delivered yet. We have to explore data warehouse and BI to get the desired reports to help drive business decisions. Analytics is a very limited feature in NetSuite, in my option. Here's hoping for something in 2018.1
-
No mention of advanced analytics on the 2018.1 Sneak Peak video - this is disappointing.

Thanks everyone. InlineHTML referencing another field holding the URL has worked!
-
theboywonder Your first thought is a good one. Using an linline HTML field you can put the image inside an anchor tag and display it on the page. Inline HTML fields do not store their value, so you will probably need two fields. One text field to store the URL and another to dynamically build the anchor tag and place the…

We experience exactly the same issues with SCA server response times. 18 months after raising the issue we are informed this is 'expected behaviour'. The TTFB is even worse when we are importing data to the Item record. We run regular tests with webpagetest.org. the TTFB is very long when we are imports CSV data to the…

We discovered that any action which edits the Inventory items has a direct impact on the time to first byte on SCA. For example, if we import data to amend inventory records, the website load time was very poor. As soon as the import was completed, the time-to-first-byte was much quicker. Quite a big flaw with SCA if you…

We have been waiting for Next Gen analytics for years, and cannot wait for it to arrive. We used third party tools to extract data from NetSuite and then a BI tools to analyse - which gets expensive.

I had an issue with RP availability for 2019.1. More complicated scenario, but perhaps anecdotal evidence they're struggling with Release Previews this time. I'm on a Tier 3, dedicated environment (ie not shared tenant), so I can choose a different phase. Was scheduled for Phase 2 (mid-March production), but requested a…

Our UI is very slow today. Up to 5s to validate an Item on a Sales Order. We are UK too.
-
TTFB is slow for our sites, as is often the case during peak periods, but otherwise OK. We're UK/EU as well. Our TTFB is always slow when we are marking bulk edits to Inventory items, via Script, CSV or Mass Update. This is an issue NetSuite support are 'looking in to'.

We went live middle of last year on Elbrus, with the new features in 2018.1 relying on having the latest version of SCA, means a hefty cost for an 'upgrade', making TCO very expensive.
-
Hi We had same issues with Bronto. Netsuite + Bronto is not as joined up as it could be since the acquisition. For (1) we had to create a new custom field on the Inventory item which is the actual image in the file cabinet (sku_image.jpg). Our Product Feed to Bronto (another customisation) then concatinates a subdomain we…

We are deployed with Elbrus and are keen to see what Netsuite Support say about this. We have site-wide HTTPS and have not experienced this. Are you able to keep me updated please?
-
Upgrade path is a nightmare. Costly development from the Netsuite partner. We are on Elbrus and have performance issues. Seriously considering Magento with integaration connector.

We use FarApp and has been rock-solid. Recommended!
