Hi @"jmjconcepcion" I figured it out. We use Fast four bank reconciliation in our Netsuite instance. There was a workflow from fast four that prevents editing customer payment transaction that were created from their scripts/ bundles, unless you are an administrator. So I changed that to include the custom roles. Thanks
