  • Found some more info, with a little help from NetSuite Support. Issue seems to be something related to a password check or something like that that has an error. Make sure users have their security questions set. When we went back and did that with the users effected it seemed to fix the problem.
  • We are experiencing the same problem. We have found that zooming out to about 50% and back to 100% 'fixes' the problem, which is our temporary workaround. Other observations: * Seems only to happen to employees created in the last approx 3 months. We're not hiring all the time, so may have been an issue for longer and we…
