Hi Tigran, Yes, if I send them the URL they can open the search. Also, if they enter the name in the global search it comes right up. Wondering if it's a bug, since they can do the above as well as add it in the Reminders Portlet. Thank you for taking a look.

I just figured it out. Serialized items do not support Text Enhance, only regular Inventory Items do. Very unfortunate, as most of our items are serialized. Any idea if text enhance will be available on serialized items in the future?
