Thanks for your response. This is not a one world account. The Multiple Currencies feature is turned off. There are no items, vendors, or transactions at all. This is a newly provisioned account.

Sure but I couldn't find it. Can you direct me?

Thanks!

Thanks for your quick response. I read the article. So I can inactivate that account and it will remain with a negative internal ID but will not be used. You say "Netsuite needs a main email address to use for the account.". It doesn't allow me to change the email address on that account but that user left the company and…

I understand. Glad to hear it's logged as an enhancement. For now I will work around it. I very much appreciate your help.

Thanks very much for your reply. It can do as a work-around although it's not ideal. Is there a way that it can open a "Save As" window so that I can save the results to a file? I'm hoping that it will then save as text WITH the leading zero. Possible?

Hi Shamaine, Wow. Thanks so much. It works now.?

Thanks for your reply. "Are you using the same formula for the columns Gross Profit and GP%?" - No. One calculates the Dollar Profit and the other GP%. "Kindly try marking Apply Formula to Grand Total checkbox while leaving the Add Grand Total blank/unchecked." - I tried and still get the same result.
