Thank you, @Stephen N. I am sorry I should have clarified. We did not pay extra for the fix. All of this was handled by NetSuite Support. We opened a ticket with NetSuite support. Then the NS opened a support case directly with the provider who manages the Bank Feeds tool. This ticket would have been with Yodlee, is my…

Thank you for sharing the experience @Stephen N and @Steven O. A quick update just to share. We recently received a 3rd party fix and transactions have been syncing correctly for the last 2 weeks. It took a few months. Fingers crossed this will continue to work after the Go-Live.

Hi, we are having a similar issue. Were you able to resolve this by clearing the cache or with any other solution? We tried clearing the cache, re-entering credentials, and rebuilding the connection. That did not seem to solve the issue. The connection is running successfully daily; however, no transactions are coming…
