Unfortunately you did not include the Criteria page. I am guessing you are using Mainline = YES. There are no items on Mainline (Order header)1 -

@Jason_Moore If you do not mind looking manually, over on the right side of the closed transaction line you should see a link for "History". That will show you who closed an individual line.1 -
