Microsoft Entra SSO for Webstore, "Not Intended Audience."

We are having an issue switching from Okta to Microsoft Entra for SSO authentication to our publicly facing webstore. After authenticating to with SSO, we are receiving an error message from NetSuite: "Exception while processing SAML response: This service provider is not the intended audience." We do not use SSO for access to ERP, but want to update it for our store fronts. We have 2 web stores using SCA and have confirmed and configured our Microsoft Entra parameters with the correct Account information and Site IDs. I have confirmed the SAML response is providing the correct audience of
