getting VALID_LINE_ITEM_REQD in SOAP webservices 2019.2

Hi All,

priority issue pls!

while i try to create Item fulfillment record in Netsuite using SOAP webservices 2019.2 wsdl getting VALID_LINE_ITEM_REQD error can't figure it out any helping hands
