Turns out that we did do something wrong. We used one of our obscure domains for our email marketing domain and we let the email domain expire. T

Never mind. I just removed the buy button all together. The customer can always drill down one more page to buy. Apparently you can't use the dense-list-cart-button tag on "templated layouts" that are set to "List Style =Graphical Items list".

Yea, we use item reviews ...but not on all items. See... http://www.signsdirect.com/Simpo-Sign-2 We honestly get almost zero reviews from our customers. I need to set-up a workflow that asks users to submit a review two weeks after they purchase any item. That is the only way that you will get any kind of participation. T

Bob, what was your fix? We just found this in our account. We use a dense-list-add-to-cart-button in two of our layouts/templates. It works in one occasion and fails in another. Yes, and I bet that it "Took some time to do it" as the previous user stated. It should be a built-in feature. We all do our own fixes for missing basic ecommerce features and then they eventually add it after we users collectively invest thousands of hours building workarounds. This has been a request since 2007. Netsuite doesn't cater heavily to Google's changes (IMHO). Google says "jump" and NetSuite says "Maybe Next Year ..or not". My NS site does the same thing. The webmaster tools says "Total URLs in Sitemap = 1,817" ... "Indexed URLs in Sitemap = 17".

I have read that shipping related issues are the number one reason for cart abandonment . I agree with Darren and in our case I'll add that we loose a bunch of the bigger quantity sales because of the inability to accurately charge for LTL motor freight withing the shopping cart. -Tom
