When uploading a new video, you may receive the following error upon publishing: Something went wrong. Try again. In most cases, waiting 5-10 minutes resolves the error, and the video renders as expected. The message continues to display as the video fully loads. Keep in mind that larger videos may take longer.
This is a known issue, and a ticket has been logged with the vendor to customize the message to something more appropriate.
If the error persists after the grace period, there may actually be an issue with the video upload, as the same message displays in both instances. If you suspect that there is actually an issue, ensure that the video is in an approved format (.WMV, .MP4, .MPG, or .MOV) and try uploading the video again. If the issue continues, log a ticket.
