If you are experiencing a 'loop' while trying to log into the community, try the following suggestions.
Hit the BWL logout page directly
The business web login is how customers as well as employees are able to initially authenticate into the community as well as other legacy Cerner applications. It may be that your browser is hanging on to a stale session and needs to be closed out.
What to do:
Input businesslogin.cerner.com/logout directly in your browser. Hit enter. This will ensure that any previous sessions have been terminated.
Try accessing the community page again.
Clear cache

Clear your browser history and cached files.
Update browser settings
There are certain privacy settings, depending on your preferred browser, that might be inhibiting your access to the community. Below are steps of how to correct this based on browser type.
What to do:
There have been few issues with Edge but if your preferred browser is Chrome, Safari, or Firefox follow the steps below.
Chrome
- Confirm that you have “Block third party cookies” disabled.
- If not, disable this
- Try accessing the community again.
OR if "Block third party cookies" is enabled and you want to keep it on:
- Add "[*.]oracle.com" and "[*.]cerner.com" to the list of "Sites allowed to use third-party cookies" in Chrome's settings.
- Try accessing the community again.
Safari
- Open Safari
- Go to Settings > Privacy
- If Website tracking is enabled, disable it
- Try accessing the community again.
Firefox
- Open Firefox
- Go to Settings > Privace and Security
- Under Enhanced Tracking Protection click the button labeled "Manage Exceptions"
- On the pop-up screen add the following addresses in the field called Address of Website.
- https://businesslogin.cerner.com
- community.oracle.com
- associates.cerner.com (associates only)
- Click "Save Changes"
- Try accessing the community again.
