To modify your password, you must change your Cerner Care Account password.
Complete the following steps to change your password:
- Open the Cerner Care page: https://www.cernercare.com
- Select Forgot Your Password. The Log In Help page is displayed.
- Enter the required information, and select Send Email. An email is sent to your email account with additional information about how to change your password.
If you continue to experience issues, call Client Care at (+1 for international calls) 866-221-8877, Option 6, to speak directly to one of our Client Care Team members who can assist you with resetting your password.
Note: Oracle Cerner associates should use Cerner's Password Self-Service to change their network passwords. uCern uses your network credentials as a single sign-on.
