Can a Workflow be Initiated Based on Transaction Email Reciept?
Background:
I have a workflow that sends an email when a PO is saved. The email body requests that the receiver reply to that email with some information. Since the workflow initiated the email upon saving the PO, the reply to that email is stored in the PO.
Problem:
I'd like to generate a workflow when that reply email is stored against the PO. At that point I want to update a field and send another email. But I'm not sure how to identify whether an email has been stored against the PO. Is this possible?
