Default value to a text box

Hi All,

I am trying to default some terms and condition for the sales order in a custom field with the field type is text box.

I used the Set Field Value as the action in the workflow, and trigger on Before Record Load and on create only.

Actually what suppose to be default is
1. XXXXXXX
2. YYYYYYY
3. ZZZZZZZ

When I have select the parameter as the custom field, set copy the text to the box Static Value, and release it.

What have been shown in the custom field is 1. XXXXXXX2. YYYYYYY3. ZZZZZZZ
How can I work the default out as the correct format that I want?
