Scheduled script not running as set up

I set up a monthly scheduled script to run from 1/26 - 1/31 starting at 4am and repeating every 6 hours (see field details below). It ran the first day, but no longer runs the next day. Can you help explain if I set it up correctly, or if the system is not intended to work this way?

Script deployment settings:
- Monthly Event: day 26 of every 1 month
- Start Date: 1/26/2017
- Start Time: 4 am
- Repeat: every 6 hours
- End by: 1/31/2017
