Checkboxes criteria changed

since having accounts upgraded to 2007, scripts that were checking checkbox == 'F' now have to be =='', very annoying for the multitude of scripts that I have written for clients that no longer test correctly. Is this likely to be changed back so that these scripts work?

p.s. just thought I better add it is only on a new record before the checkbox gets populated (i'm guessing). The use case is updating the unsubscribe flag on entity records before save on a 'create' event.
