Update Subject line in System Email Templates

Hi all,

I need to see if there's a way I can incorporate the tags ><NLENTITYID> &  <NLCOMPANYNAME> in the subject lines of the system emails generated from case creation/update.

I edited the template already, however, nothing changed...

Any help is appreciated.
