Credit Hold = ON

Hi,

I am looking for a simple way to highlight a Lead, Prospect or Customer where the Credit Hold is ON.

The use case is to assist to employees looking at the customer record so they can see some sort of flag that says ON CREDIT HOLD (in red?)

Any suggestions on how this can be done?
