Issue with V2007 web services?

We seem to be having issues with a customer's web services access.
Here's what happens when we work with NS webservices
1) we are creating a new itemSearch
2) we are executing the search - everything is OK for 1st page of data. our search works fine.
3) When we try to get next page of data, either with searchMore() or with searchNext() functions
4) we get an exception from netsuite
com.netledger.dto.v2_5.faults.InvalidSessionFault: Your connection has timed out. Please log in again.
this exception started to appear recently. When we were doing our testing 2 weeks ago nothing along these lines happened.
