Caller ID integration with Netsuite to lookup user account?
I'm not sure where to post this question. I chose this forum because it may have the most technical tyoes.
As the IT guy, I have been tasked with selecting a new phone system when we move to a new office next month. Can anyone suggest how to integrate caller Id with Netsuite? I was thinking an IP telephone system might be able to do this but have no idea where to start learning about it.
Ideally, the caller Id phone number could be used to bring up the caller's account?
