Promotion Codes
I'm trying to get Promotion Codes internal id for use as reference on sales orders. As this is not a WS defined record and the internal id is not exposed in ODBC I am trying to use getSelectValue like this:
GetSelectValueField gsvf = new GetSelectValueField(null,GetSelectValueType.salesOrder_promoCode);
port.getSelectValue(gsvf);
this returns 0 records. I think what is happening is the same behavior as in the UI. Initially the UI Promo Code dropdown is empty. Once I select a customer/class on the sales order UI dropdown is populated. I don't know how I would cause the same with WS. I'm still on WSDL 2.6
