sandbox issues when using PHP ToolKit addList function

PHP Fatal error:  SOAP-ERROR: Parsing Schema: can't import schema from 'https://webservices.sandbox.netsuite.com/xsd/lists/v2011_2_0/marketingTypes.xsd' in /usr/share/php/PHP_Toolkit/PHPtoolkit.php on line 1151
PHP Fatal error:  Uncaught SoapFault exception: [WSDL] SOAP-ERROR: Parsing Schema: can't import schema from 'https://webservices.sandbox.netsuite.com/xsd/lists/v2011_2_0/marketingTypes.xsd' in /usr/share/php/PHP_Toolkit/PHPtoolkit.php:1151

is happening in sandbox, but not production using same code and same data :h_a_w: Thought I'd pass that on. If you see this error, you might not be doing anything wrong. I submitted a ticket for it.
