Actional Diagnostics... no more ?

HI,

we have been using the Actional Diagnostics app to run a series of tests on integrations for Netsuite apps that we build, prior to making them within what ever language we require.

Does anyone know if this app is no longer available for use... or whether there is another product / service that is available that assists with development for web service based applications?
