Contact in WSDL, web services

I'm working on a client-side application, going against the 2012_2_0 WSDL, that is, webservices.netsuite.com/wsdl/v2012_2_0/netsuite.wsdl

The Contact xsd shows a RecordRef for Company.  What does this point to? Company isn't in the Entity list (is it?), and I can't find any company-ish defs in the rest of the WSDL.  Is it called something else?  Or...what am I missing?
