PHP Toolkit -How do I install/reference Netsuite WSDL

My apologies for asking a very basic question,  I am a newbie to webservices

I want to write a PHP application that uses netsuite's webservices.

I have downloaded the PHP toolkit but I am not sure how do I install/reference the WSDL in my PHP application code.

I am using XAMPP to do php development on a windows machine.

Uncaught SoapFault exception: [Client] SoapClient::SoapClient() [<a href='soapclient.soapclient'>soapclient.soapclient</a>]: Invalid parameters in C:\xampp\htdocs\PHPToolkit\NSPHPClient.php
