SuiteScript IDE Upload Hangs

Having some real problems with uploading files from the Eclipse IDE into the file cabinet. It downloads and sets up folders, etc... fine. But uploading causes the upload dialog to just hang. It doesn't increment or anything.
Closing down eclipse works fine, but dialog still hangs there. Have to ultimately shut it down via task manager in order to kill it.

Have tried 32 bit and 64 bit versions. Both have the same issue.
Using Win 8 with Java 1.6

Any suggestions?
