Script Performance Monitor starttime error

I'm trying to use the new Script Performance Monitor SuiteApp and it gives me the following error: "You have entered an Invalid Field Value 12:00 am for the following field: starttime".

It doesn't even give me the option to set any fields, just goes right to the error screen.

Anyone else having this issue?
