Creating Expense Report Form

Hi Everyone,

I was trying to duplicate the Expense Report form via a suitlet, but cannot figure out a way to create the sublist field 'Attach File.'

Is it possible to create a Attach File type field in a sublist?

Also, is the Attach File field scriptable?.. I did not see anything in the Expense Report SuiteScript Records Browser.
