Sourcing System Notes into a Custom Field

Hi All,

I would like to source system notes about who approved a transaction into a custom transaction body field.  This will allow Auditors/Managers to quickly and easily know who approved the transaction without needing to dig through the system notes. 

When using the standard NetSuite approval process, I can't figure out how to source this information. 

Any thoughts?
