Create saved search to send email when specific item fulfillments are "shipped"

I have a saved search that successfully sends an email with fulfillment details (serial numbers, etc.) to an alternate contact group within that customer.  The send on update field is a checkbox used in our shipping department.  When it's checked, the email is sent.

I'm looking to modify a version of that search that is triggered instead by the status changing to "shipped".

What I believe I need would be any specific criteria or the specific language of the "updated fields" section of the email subtab.

Any help is appreciated.
