Payment in transit - Approve or reject in bulk

In our company, we proccess masive payments all weeks. We want to enable the in-transit payment feature but we have a problem. When we need to approve or reject a transaction, we must click the action button. Is not an option by script or by CSV to do it in a massive way. Did you find any alternative option to do it in a massive way?
