Setting SLA deadlines within business hours

edited Jan 13, 2020 1:23PM in Ask A Guru 1 comment

I have been trawling SuiteAnswers for answers, but I haven't found any solutions that works the way I'd like it to.

Maybe someone can help me out

We have customers with different SLA's, and we want the SLA deadline to be calculated in a field, and to be displayed in a Saved Search.

This applies specifically to cases created by email.

I want the SLA deadline in a format of date/time.

Here is the pain: A SLA response can be defined as "8 hours within business hours".

That means {createddate} + 8 business hours (excluding weekends)

e.g: Business hours: Mon-Fri 08:00-16:00

Howdy, Stranger!
