Did you know about the new Payee Address subtab?
There were some cases filed in Customer Support and reported that after their Accounts were upgraded to Netsuite version 2019.2, they can no longer edit Customer Addresses on the Check form (Transactions > Bank > Write Checks).
AFTER THE UPGRADE, 2019.2
- With the new version, they now have the Address To Select field which seems to be similar to Ship To Select field.
- This subtab is available on Checks, Customer Refund, and Bill Payment forms.
- Help Guide about Writing Checks has already included the said field.
- You can check SuiteAnswers ID: 7504 Writing Checks with regard to the updated Help Docs to reflect the changes.
