Search Sales Order for non-stored value field with specific value and trigger email when changed

Created fields in Suite Answer 83246.

I'm looking for a search that will recognize in real time when the field Committed Status changes to Full Committed (per the Suite Answer) and then send an email notification.

I have been testing and the field updates correctly when I receive product.  However I cannot get the search to show the record as a result or send an email.

Help!!

ID = _comm_stat_overall
