How do I find/change email template for non-webstore automated emails?

I'm trying to implement Gift certificates, but I'm running into a snag. This function is auto-emailing the recipient the Gift Certificate code. For online orders, I've got this working fine. However, manually entering ones from within NetSuite and "billing" them send a different email entirely, and I can't find where this is coming from. There aren't any custom workflows that I can see. No saved search-based emails. It's text-only and ugly. It doesn't give much detail. Can anyone help me find where these are coming from and/or how to change these before I go crazy?!
