If you use AvidxChange, do your self-managed processed check printouts download as Secured (password
We would like to watermark a 'Void' across our check printouts that we get from the AvidxChange bundle in NetSuite. However, the pdfs are password protected, and AvidxChange support says that their bundle is not causing the documents to become secured. I either need to prove Avid wrong about their own product (as in more than 1 customer is also getting their PDFs pw protected without consent), or figure out where the password is getting set so I can rectify the situation.
I am asking Gold Support as well, but I don't know if there is anything they can do. The only things I found on SuiteAnswers is that PDFs
